The rate is worked out from your order total before shipping, and you'll see it in your bag before you check out — along with how much more you'd need to add to reach free shipping.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If your address is outside the US, checkout won't be able to accept it yet.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 8, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed.
Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.
Pre-orders
The Fall drop is currently sold as a pre-order. Stock lands in October 2026 and every pre-order ships as soon as it arrives with us — you'll get a tracking number the day it goes out.
Anything sold as a pre-order says so on the product and again at checkout, so you'll never be guessing. The 2-day dispatch window above applies to items we already hold.
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking at no extra cost. You'll get an email with the number on the day your parcel leaves us, so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Changed your mind?
Our returns policy gives you 30 days from the day your order arrives, on unworn, unwashed, unaltered garments with the original tags attached.
